The limited edition 35 year old was matured in American ex-bourbon and Spanish ex-Sherry casks, selected specially for this release by Old Pulteney distillery manager Malcolm Waring.
Bottled with no chill-filtration at 42.5% ABV. It comes presented in a wooden case featuring a porthole - a reference to Old Pulteney's close relationship with all things nautical.
Sublime aged malt from Old Pulteney, close your eyes whilst tasting this and you could almost be in Wick.
More elegant than an old Hollywood actress and as well poised as a super model on the catwalk.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold sheen and a touch of mahogany.
Nose
Rich fruit cake and orange curd open the nose, layered with raisin chocolate and vanilla chai. A maritime whisper threads through salted caramel and crystallised ginger, while aromatic tea chest wood lends depth—coastal, warm, and impeccably aged.
Palate
Juicy raisin and sherry-soaked sultana, fig jam on cinnamon toast, vanilla pods, orange fondant, polished old leather, aromatic wood spice, mocha with brown sugar, hints of salted caramel and waxy, brine notes.
Finish
Sherry-soaked dried fruits linger with waxy orange, toasted aromatic oak and spices. Salted fudge, mocha and ginger weave through old leather and fig rolls, while honey on brown bread sweetens the edge. A late, earthy coastal aura persists, softly fading with maritime sweetness.
