The stunning design marks the beginning of a new year and is inspired by the Oriental myth of the Bai Ze. Designed by Chinese artist Shan Jiang, it features a beautiful illustration of the mythical creature that symbolises virtuousness, nobility and protection from evil.

Deep amber with molten copper-gold highlights and a whisper of mahogany at the rim.
Nose
Luxuriously creamy, it opens with toffee and ripe fig, layered with dried apricot and dark chocolate. Sherry-dusted spice, vanilla and polished oak weave through a lush fruit core, while a subtle maritime lift and Port Ellen smoke add depth and an elegant, lingering sweetness.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied on the palate, with a creamy core of custard and luxuriously sherried sweetness. Ripe dried fruit, dark chocolate, toffee and almond unfold alongside warm spice and vanilla, while a subtle oak backbone carries rare-cask depth from Port Ellen. The finish is long and warming, with a refined, noble sweetness and a whisper of smoke.

Long, luxurious finish with creamy vanilla and toffee evolving into dried fruits and cocoa, kissed by subtle sherry sweetness and warming spice, fading to a velvety, oak-kissed afterglow.
