Golden amber with a warm honey glow and a subtle coppery sheen.
Nose
Rich and warming, the nose opens with mellow wood smoke, honey and oily leather, blossoming into crisp green apple. Creamy vanilla and a hint of burnt toffee linger in the background.
Palate
Freshly ground spices and soft vanilla balance the smoke and peat, while richly sweet, distinctly salty coastal notes linger in the background, evoking salted caramel.
Finish
A long, coastal finish of gentle smoke carries into vanilla and salted caramel. Spices and a hint of peat linger, with a briny, sea-salted sweetness that slowly fades to creamy oak.
