Colour

Nose

Opulent sherried aroma with dark plum and fig, prunes, and orange zest. Rich cocoa, roasted almond, and toffee mingle with warm oak and spice, while a whisper of maritime salt lends a coastal brightness. Silky, inviting, and deeply aromatic.

Palate

On the palate it arrives with velvet richness: dark sherry fruits, fig and raisin, toasted almond and cocoa merging with caramel, orange zest and wisps of spice. It carries a full, oily mouthfeel, with leather, espresso and cinnamon-tinged smoke lending depth. The finish is long and warming, echoing nutty sweetness, dark chocolate and lingering orange zest.

Finish

An opulent, long finish that lingers with plush sherry-soaked fruit—raisin, fig and apricot—layered over polished oak. Cinnamon and clove emerge mid-length, while a wisp of cocoa and orange zest fades to a warm, refined dryness, leaving a silky afterglow.
