Colour
Deep, burnished amber with copper-gold highlights and a hint of mahogany.
Nose
Delicate, fruit-forward nose of ripe pear and orchard apple, wreathed in meadow florals and a kiss of honey. Subtle vanilla and soft oak support a gentle malt sweetness, with wisps of spice lending quiet elegance and refined, inviting depth.
Palate
Silky, oil-rich on the palate, with honeyed pear and peach, lifted by orange zest and dried apricot. Sherried depth threads through treacle and almond, with gentle spice and vanilla. Long, warm finish; polished oak lingers.
Finish
Silky, long finish drenched in sherry sweetness: dark fruit—raisins, fig, plum—melds with toasted oak, cocoa and spice. A warm, almond-tinted fade lingers, leaving a refined dryness on the tongue.
