Tasting Notes

Colour

Rich amber with copper-gold shimmer and a touch of mahogany.

Nose

Sherried sweetness blooms with ripe plum, raisin and fig, edged by burnt sugar and orange zest. Walnuts and cocoa drift through velvety toffee, while cinnamon and clove spice linger on warm oak, delivering a luxurious, cocoa-touched finish.

Palate

Silky, medium-bodied on the palate, with rich sherried sweetness: dried fig and raisin, orange zest, and toasted almond. Subtle cocoa and spice—cinnamon, clove—fold through creamy oak. A long, refined finish lingering with fruit and a whisper of leather.

Finish

An indulgent, long finish where dried fig and orange zest unfold with cocoa and toasted almond. Sherried sweetness lingers, warming the palate with cinnamon and clove, while gentle oak frames the sweetness. A refined, mellow finale that whispers leather and coffee before fading softly.
