A blend of Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whiskies which underwent a secondary maturation in Mossburn Cask Bill #2. These were specially built Oloroso Sherry Butts with heavily charred virgin American Oak heads which enhance the richness, depth and spicy vanilla flavours.

Tasting Notes
Nose
Opulent sherry aromas, inspired by Oloroso butts, with dark raisins, fig and orange zest, twined with cocoa and caramel. Vanilla and baking spices from toasted oak mingle with roasted almond, while a whisper of burnt sugar and smoke adds depth to a long, velvety finish.
Palate
Luxuriously rich and velvety, this Speyside blend coats the palate with dried fig and plum, kissed by orchard fruit that fades into toffee, treacle and dark chocolate. Oloroso depth and sherry complexity linger, while heavily charred virgin American oak adds spicy vanilla, clove and pepper, finishing long and resinous.
