Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber-gold with coppery highlights and a bronze edge, like sun-warmed caramel and marzipan.

Nose

Bright orchard fruits mingle with macerated black cherry, complemented by delicate biscuity notes, yielding an inviting, refined aroma with gentle warmth.

Palate

Extremely well rounded with a pleasant mouthfeel, delivering zesty marmalade jam and lingering cocoa with dark-berry flavours.

Finish

Rich fruit lingers on the palate, unfolding dried plum and fig with a subtle cocoa undercurrent. A gentle spice threads through the finish, leaving a warm marzipan kiss that slowly fades into velvet fruit.
