This Whisky is matured in a combination of French and American oak ex-wine barrels, then finished in rare Morris Muscat barrels, of which previously have been used to create globally multi-award winning Muscat. This give a creamy mouthfeel packed full of rich dark fruits and sweet malt notes.

Colour
Deep amber with warm copper highlights and a honey-gold glow.
Nose
Opulent nose brimming with ripe dates and figs, the dark molasses sweetness weaving through creamy malt. Subtle notes of caramel and warm oak curl around the fruit, inviting a velvet-rich bouquet that hints at the Muscat finish.
Palate
Well balanced and complex, the palate reveals dried fig and sweet malt, lifted by vanilla and spice, all wrapped in a creamy mouth feel that lingers with gentle warmth.
Finish
Long, creamy finish where dried fig and dark molasses drift into vanilla-spice warmth, leaving a velvety, lingering sweetness on the palate.
