Fragrant cedarwood and nutmeg lead to luscious red apple and salted caramel. Delicate nutty and chocolate undertones mingle with sweet oak, while citrus fruits, fresh garden herbs, and a hint of clove oil weave through the pot-still spice.
Palate
Fresh and vibrant orange zest and ripe peach lead the palate, with vanilla and white chocolate weaving in the sweetness. Charred oak delivers drying tannins reminiscent of black tea, while black pepper and cardamom spice provide a poised, lingering lift through the mid-palate.
Finish
A lasting finish where orange zest and peach mingle with vanilla and white chocolate, softly fading as a steadfast oak backbone grounds the whiskey.
