Colour
Golden amber with a luminous, sun-kissed honey glow.
Nose
Sweet waves of caramelised apple, toffee fudge and vanilla draw the nose in, while subtle herbal and floral hints of garden mint and lavender awaken and slowly swirl, harmonising with woodland spices of cinnamon and nutmeg guided by rich American oak.
Palate
Textured layers of honeycomb and soft fruits unfold with delicate herbal undertones. White pepper and a hint of chili oil mingle with citrus and orchard fruits as sweetness builds, delivering treacle, toffee, vanilla and sugar-glazed fruits in a decadent, lingering finish.
Finish
Rich and lingering, the finish lets the fruit gently fade, leaving a refined echo of oak and pot-still spice to close with warm, enduring resonance.
