Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich amber-gold with a warm copper sheen and honey-glow, like sunlight on aged oak.
Nose
Toasted oak and vanilla mocha mingle with bright red berries and orchard fruits, creating a warm, inviting aroma.
Palate
Irish oak leads the palate, springing forward with sweet chocolate, honeycomb and vanilla. A creamy, velvety texture carries orchard fruits and gentle spice, unfolding into a long, warming finish.
Finish
Very long, this finish lingers with bright red berries and a warming veil of baking spices—cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg—tied together with vanilla and a kiss of oak. The echo remains invitingly sweet and comforting.
