Soft vanilla, honey and creamy toffee greet the nose, unfurling gentle orchard fruit and a whisper of citrus zest. Subtle almond and biscuit mingle with refined oak, yielding an elegant, perfectly balanced aroma.
Palate
Silky and refined, with vanilla and a touch of toffee underpinning soft orchard fruit and citrus zest. A gentle, creamy mouthfeel from the pot-still and grain blend, light oak sweetness, and no harsh spice. Balanced and elegant, it closes with apples, vanilla and a clean, lingering finish.
Finish
Silky, long finish with vanilla and caramel sweetness, lifted by a citrus zest. The bourbon-derived oak remains softly integrated, leaving a refined, creamy fade that lingers with elegant warmth.
