For this Single Malt the producers combine traditional Whisky making practices with modern brewing and fermentation techniques. There is a great emphasis on flavour creation; using single field, single harvest, locally grown malted barley and the distillery’s signature long and slow approach to fermentation and pot distillation.

This Whisky brings a complex balance of tropical fruits, floral, citrus and dark chocolate notes. A luxuriously rich sipping Whisky, matured in a combination of first fill ASBs and a small proportion being high toast virgin American white oak barrels.
