For this Single Malt the producers combine traditional Whisky making practices with modern brewing and fermentation techniques. There is a great emphasis on flavour creation; using single field, single harvest, locally grown malted barley and the distillery’s signature long and slow approach to fermentation and pot distillation.
This Whisky brings a complex balance of tropical fruits, floral, citrus and dark chocolate notes. A luxuriously rich sipping Whisky, matured in a combination of first fill ASBs and a small proportion being high toast virgin American white oak barrels.

Colour
Rich amber with a honey-gold core and subtle coppery highlights.
Nose
An aromatic invitation of tropical fruits—mango, pineapple and passion fruit—unfolds with delicate floral lift and bright citrus zest. Subtle cocoa and dark chocolate weave through creamy vanilla, while a touch of spice and toasted oak adds warmth and depth to the bouquet.
Palate
Silky and vibrant on the palate, tropical fruit and citrus arc with lifted floral notes. Rich dark chocolate and cocoa mingle with creamy malt, while vanilla and spice from the first-fill and high-toast oak lend warmth. A plush, slightly oily mouthfeel leads to a long finish, leaving citrus zest and cocoa echoes.
Finish
Long, refined finish lingers with tropical fruit and citrus brightness, touched by floral notes and a cocoa-dusted chocolate echo. Toasted oak from high-toast virgin American white oak and vanilla from first-fill ASB barrels add a creamy, warming embrace, fading to citrus zest and a soft, confectionery sweetness.
