Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with warm honey hues and a sunlit glow.
Nose
Elegant and inviting, the nose layers ripe orchard fruits—pear and apple—with honeyed vanilla, cream-toffee, and polished oak. Subtle spice—nutmeg and cinnamon—adds warmth, while a whisper of dried fruit and a delicate sherry-kissed sweetness lingers, signaling a refined Speyside profile.
Palate
Silky and luxurious on the palate, orchard fruits—pear and apple—glide beneath vanilla, honey and light caramel from well-integrated oak. Creamy texture carries subtle spice—white pepper, nutmeg—over soft toffee, with a warm, lingering finish of gentle oak, citrus zest and refined sweetness.
Finish
Long, refined finish with creamy vanilla and caramel that linger over polished oak. Subtle spice—white pepper and clove—unfolds slowly, while citrus zest and toasted almond brighten the tail before a warm, oak-driven fade that lingers gracefully.
