Laphroaig Sherry Oak Finish Single Malt Scotch Whisky (Includes Tasting Glass) 10 Year Old

Colour

Deep copper-amber with mahogany undertones and a warm honey-gold glow.

Nose

Peat smoke and seaweed form a briny, medicinal backbone, while Manuka honey and maple syrup bring warm, caramel sweetness. A hint of grilled bacon adds savory depth, crafting a coastal, ash-dusted aroma that is unmistakably Laphroaig.

Palate

On the palate, an oily, full-bodied texture coats the tongue, with peat smoke at the forefront supported by seaweed and iodine notes. Sherry-derived sweetness arrives as Manuka honey and maple syrup, softening the bold peat, while grilled bacon adds a savory touch. The combination is rich, warm and maritime, with a lasting, smoky finish that invites another sip.

Finish

Long and maritime, the finish carries peat smoke and seaweed into a warm veil of Oloroso sherry. Manuka honey and maple syrup linger on the tongue, while a savory whisper of grilled bacon persists, fading slowly to salted oak with a touch of sweetness.
