Vanilla, toffee and melted caramel weave through charred oak, while seaweed and leather add maritime depth, an unapologetically bold coastal bouquet that hints at sherry sweetness beneath the smoke.

Palate

Powerful and oily, this presents heavy peat, medicinal iodine, and briny sea salt on the palate. A core of espresso and dark chocolate deepens beneath vanilla-touched sherry notes from the cask. Subtle leather and charred oak add complexity, while white pepper and spice sharpen the long, warming finish that lingers with smoke and sea-salt glow.

Finish

Long, smoky finish of peat and medicinal iodine, rolling over tar and sea salt. Dark fruit and leather emerge beneath a warmth of sherry-tinged sweetness, before resinous smoke fades slowly to toasted oak and pepper.
