Tasting Notes

Nose

Delicate yet enticing, the nose opens with honeyed malt, orchard fruit and vanilla, touched by citrus zest. Sherry cask influence brings dried fig, raisin and a whisper of almond, all wrapped in polished oak with a gentle spice. Crystalline and refined, it invites a slow, contemplative savor.

Palate

Light, silky palate with a delicate sweetness and citrus zest. Orchard fruits—green apple and pear—and vanilla cream mingle with honeyed sweetness. Subtle sherry warmth adds raisin and almond with a hint of spice, never heavy. The finish is crisp and refined, fading to oak and a soft mineral lift.
