The Matsui – Sakura Cask single malt is distilled by the Kurayoshi distillery in Kurayoshi City, Tottori Prefecture. This whisky is double distilled in pot stills and aged in Sakura oak casks, sourced from the iconic cherry tree that symbolizes the fleeting nature of beauty and life in Japanese culture, inspiring many artists. The whisky matures in Tottori's naturally favorable environment and is then blended with high-quality spring water from Mount Daisen.
