Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with a warm copper glow and whispers of mahogany.
Nose
Sherried perfume of red fruit and orange zest, lifted by vanilla and honey. Raisins, fig and almond mingle with toffee, cocoa and a whisper of oak. A gentle spice of cinnamon and clove threads through the aroma, finishing with a polished, old-wood nobility.
Palate
Silky and refined, this Speyside glides across the palate with velvet fruit: raisin, fig and apricot, brightened by honey and toffee. Subtle spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—lingers with polished oak and a faint sherry sweetness. Creamy mouthfeel yields to a long, cocoa-dusted finish and a warm, lingering glow.
Finish
Long, elegant finish of rich dried fruit—fig and raisin—settling into cocoa, toasted almond and subtle Christmas spice. Sherry sweetness lingers, woven with warm oak and a whisper of leather, fading slowly to a silky, refined warmth that invites the next sip.
