Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber gold with coppery and mahogany undertones, a warm, luminous glow hinting at rich sherry cask maturation.

Nose

Silky, fruit-forward nose of orchard apples and pear, with creamy vanilla and toffee. Sherry-tinged warmth adds raisin, fig and almond, supported by soft oak and a whisper of spice. A bright citrus zest lifts the aroma, hinting at Speyside elegance and refined warmth.

Palate

Silky and medium-full, the palate unfolds with sherried richness: dried figs and raisins blend with plum and orange peel, underpinned by dark chocolate and toasted toffee. Almond notes mingle with cinnamon, clove and a whisper of nutmeg over polished oak. A warm, velvety mouthfeel carries a lingering sweetness into a refined, long finish.

Finish

Long, luxurious finish with persistent sherry sweetness; dried fig and almond mingle with gentle spice and oak. Cocoa and orange zest drift in, then fade to a refined, nutty afterglow.
