This limited release is made up of 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 year old Kentucky Straight Bourbons. Each coming in with their own unique flavour characteristics. Rich Caramel and vanilla from some more rare well aged Bourbons. Spice and fruit from Bourbons with a higher rye content, and a feel of sweetness and citrus from Wheated Bourbon. All carefully blended to bring out a rebust, well balanced Bourbon experience.

Colour
Rich amber with coppery highlights and mahogany undertones, a warm, honey-gold glow.
Nose
Opulent caramel and vanilla intertwine with toasted oak, while spicy rye threads through lush fruit and a bright citrus sweetness from wheated bourbons, yielding a balanced, warm bourbon bouquet.
Palate
Silky and substantial, it coats the palate with caramel and vanilla, wrapped in toasted oak. Higher-rye notes bring spice and orchard fruit, while wheated bourbon adds a bright citrus lift that lingers mid-palate. A robust, well-balanced finish of lingering sweetness and warm spice, carried by a clean, full-bodied mouthfeel.
Finish
Long, refined finish: creamy caramel and vanilla linger first, then a bright arc of rye spice and citrus zest. Toasted oak deepens the sweetness as fruit notes meander through, ending in a balanced, warm fade that slowly settles into a soft, elegant glow.
