Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep copper-amber with a mahogany glow and warm golden highlights.
Nose
Dusky roasted malt with toasted nuts, lightly sweet milk chocolate, and a bright lift of orange zest, spearmint and warm baking spices. Oak, cherry cobbler and shortbread weave through the malt and barrel character.
Palate
Malty and rich, with toasted hazelnut and cocoa leading the palate, set over baked fruit. Crisp spice and orange zest lift the midpalate, weaving into a warm, lingering finish.
Finish
An enduring malt and cocoa finish, with roasted grains and chocolate lingering on the palate. A whisper of orange zest and warm spices drifts through, leaving a refined, creamy cocoa echo that slowly fades to a velvet, warming glow.
