Apple and cinnamon dominate the nose, mingling with baked pie crust, caramel, and a teasing whisper of red pepper that lends a warm, spicy lift.
Palate
Sweet, rich and spicy with a creamy mouthfeel, the palate combines caramel and vanilla with ripe apple and baking spices, finishing warm, lush and lingering.
Finish
Strong and richly syrupy, the finish coats the palate with velvety caramel and ripe fruit, slowly releasing warm spice—cinnamon with a faint peppery bite—that lingers into a long, refined fade.
