Palate

Profoundly peaty on the palate, with sea-salt brine and mineral coastal notes riding a rich sherry backbone. Dried fruits—raisin, fig, date—meet dark chocolate, toffee and toasted almond, lifted by citrus zest and spice. Creamy, full-bodied and non chill filtered, it delivers a long, maritime finish of smoke, ash and coastal warmth.

Finish

Long, smoke-laden finish clings to the palate with medicinal peat and coastal iodine, unfolding raisin and fig from the sherry cask. Cocoa and dark chocolate drift through, while sea salt and warm spice linger, leaving a resinous, ember-soft glow.
