Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a warm mahogany rim, a sunlit, honeyed glow.

Nose

Elegant, mature bouquet of polished oak and cedar, layered with vanilla and caramel. Notes of toffee, dried fruit, and ripe orchard fruit drift through, while warm spices—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg—add complexity and a refined, lingering aroma.

Palate

Silky, mouth-coating and medium-full, this 18-year blend glides across the tongue with refined grace. Rich vanilla, toffee and maple sweetness mingle with toasted oak, layered dried fruit and a touch of almond. Subtle spice—cinnamon, white pepper—adds lift without harshness. The palate finishes long and elegant: warm caramel, cedar and a whisper of tobacco linger, leaving a polished, premium impression.
