Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with radiant copper-gold edges and a warm honey glow, reminiscent of sunset in a glass.
Nose
Rich vanilla and caramel unfold over toasted oak, braided with maple warmth. Gentle creme brulee notes mingle with citrus zest and a whisper of rye spice, while almonds and dried fruit lend a polished, creamy depth. A faint, refined smoke hints at the triple-barrel maturity.
Palate
Silky on the palate, it unfurls creamy vanilla and honeyed caramel, braided with gentle spice and oak. Subtle orchard fruit and toasted grain add depth, while a warm, spice-kissed finish lingers with refined cedar notes.
Finish
Long, creamy and refined, the finish unfolds with vanilla bean and caramel toffee carried on silky oak. A ribbon of spice—cinnamon and clove—lingers, mingling with faint maple sweetness and dried fruit. It tapers to a subtle cedar dryness, leaving a warm, polished echo that invites the next measured sip.
