Colour

Rich golden amber with warm coppery accents.

Nose

Warm vanilla, caramel and maple crown a gentle corn sweetness with toasted oak. Orchard fruit—apple and pear—emerge with soft spice: cinnamon and nutmeg, touched by a whisper of rye. A delicate citrus zest and creamy caramel linger, finishing with quiet elegance.

Palate

Smooth and inviting, the palate opens with honeyed caramel and vanilla cream, supported by toasted oak. Subtle orchard fruit and a whisper of spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—emerge with a light rye bite, weaving warmth through a balanced sweetness. The finish is medium-length, leaving caramel and vanilla to linger with a delicate oak echo.

Finish

Long, mellow finish of vanilla and toffee, with wisps of maple and oak spice. Warm, creamy echoes linger gracefully, fading to a refined, softly drying conclusion.
