Signal Hill Founders Select Overproof Whisky is a limited bottling at 56.3% ABV, continuing the tradition of Signal Hill Whisky through a small-batch overproof release. It delivers a bold, full-bodied character while retaining the distinctive flavour profile associated with Signal Hill.

Crafted in the signature Signal Hill Whisky style using high-quality corn and barley, the spirit is aged in three different barrel types: Canadian whisky barrels, new white oak barrels and bourbon barrels.

The blending process creates a warm amber colour and develops deep, layered flavours throughout the whisky.

Tasting Notes

Nose

Sweet vanilla and caramel are complemented by aromas of honey, toasted grain and subtle oak.

Clean and warming, with lingering notes of sweet oak, vanilla and light spice.
