Silky and balanced, this delivers honeyed sweetness with a gentle peat smoke. Orchard fruit and vanilla unfold with citrus zest, underpinned by a touch of maritime salt and toasted oak. Spices rise mid-palate, leading to a warm, lingering finish where subtle sherry sweetness and whispering smoke fade together.
Finish
Long, peat-kissed finish with honeyed fruit and citrus zest, slowly melting into vanilla and soft spice. Subtle maritime salt lingers, carried on a whisper of smoke, fading to a warm oak echo.
