Tasting Notes

Colour

A warm, deep golden amber with coppery highlights and a honeyed glow.

Nose

Sweet honeyed barley and orchard fruits lead the aroma, braided with vanilla, toffee and a touch of heather. Gentle peat smoke glides through, while sherry-cask notes bring dried fig and raisin with almond. A faint coastal breeze and polished wood spice linger on the finish.

Palate

Silky and refined on the palate, this 18-year-old balances honeyed fruit with gentle peat. Dried plum and raisin mingle with vanilla, toffee and orange zest, while sherry depth adds quiet warmth. Velvety mid-weight structure carries soft spice into a long, elegant finish.

Finish

Long, elegant finish with honeyed fruit and gentle peat smoke. Orange zest, dark chocolate and sherry-spice linger over warm oak, fading to a silky, resinous warmth.
