Maritime honeyed barley greets the nose, layered with dried fruit and almond-sherry richness. Subtle peat and smoke entwine with vanilla, candied citrus, and warm oak, while a delicate brine lift lends coastal elegance. A refined, velvety aroma that hints at its 21-year maturation.
Palate
Silky and opulent on the palate, with honeyed sweetness and a gentle peat kiss weaving through waxy malt. Dried fruits and orange zest add depth, while cinnamon and nutmeg spice thread a long, polished finish that glides with refined oak and a subtle maritime glow.
Finish
Long, elegant and warming. The finish carries coastal sweetness—honeyed toffee and dried fruit—interwoven with soft, sherry-softened spice. Subtle peat smoke lingers with oak and sea air, fading slowly into a silky, maritime glow.
