Palate

Powerful yet velvety, the palate marries Highland Park’s signature light peat with rich sherry-driven sweetness: honeyed custard, dried apricot and fig, orange zest, and cocoa. Spices bloom in toasted oak, with a salty maritime kiss. At 58.9% ABV the texture is lush and warming, finishing long, bittersweet and smoky.

Finish

Long and luxurious, the finish seduces with sherried richness and a whisper of peat. Dried fig and raisin linger with orange zest and vanilla, while coastal honey and spice gently fade, leaving a warm, elegant echo.
