Nose

Delicate peat smoke mingles with honeyed sweetness, revealing vanilla, toffee and bright orange zest. Subtle heather, dried apricot and orchard fruit unfold, lifted by a whisper of sea air and warm sherry-tinged oak.

Palate

Silky and well-balanced on the palate, honeyed sweetness and toffee meet a whisper of peat. Orange zest, vanilla, and gentle spice mingle with soft oak, delivering a creamy mouthfeel. The finish is persistent and lightly smoky, with lingering sweetness.

Finish

Long, warm finish with honeyed sweetness that lingers beside a whisper of peat. Vanilla and dried fruit unfold as a delicate, resinous smoke fades to toasted oak and a touch of spice, leaving a refined, contemplative aftertaste.
