Silky vanilla and creamy oak from ex-bourbon greet the nose, layered with sherry-derived dark fruit and spice. Gentle peat smoke wraps a coastal breeze of salt air, honeyed heather, and toasted almond, finishing with hints of orange zest and a velvet, lingering sweetness.

Palate

Silky and softly peated, the palate opens with vanilla-caramel from ex-bourbon, carried by a maritime sweetness. Sherry cask influence adds dried fig and raisin, with cocoa and spice. Creamy and balanced, it coats the mouth in warm oak and nutty sweetness, finishing with gentle smoke and a lingering fruit glow.
