Mossy-earthy bonfire smoke, burnt cinnamon sticks, heather honey, praline, mocha, orange toffee.

Palate

Smoked red berries, sherry soaked dried fruit, aromatic and spicy oak.

Finish

Raisin bread, dark heather honey, cinnamon, swwet and chewy smoke, cake mix like dry finish, charred chocolateThe usual beautiful balance of smoke, fruit, spice and oak from this ever reliable Orkney Distiller.
