Bright, fruit-forward nose: orchard apples and ripe pear mingle with creamy vanilla and honey. A delicate thread of almond and citrus zest sits atop gentle malt, with a quiet spice and light oak lending refinement. Unpeated, approachable, and subtly elegant.
Palate
Silky, medium-bodied palate with orchard fruit brightness—apple, pear, white peach—woven with creamy vanilla and subtle honey. Light almond notes, gentle spice, and a clean malt sweetness mingle, finishing smoothly and long with poised finesse.
Finish
Long and refined, the finish reveals orchard fruit fading into vanilla and toffee, with a delicate sherry influence and a soft, lingering spice.
