Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and mahogany edges, a warm, sunlit hue hinting at sherry sweetness and fruit-forward depth.
Nose
Opulent, dessert-forward nose, evoking Queen of puddings with black fruit jam and baked meringue, mingling treacle toffee, ripe figs in dark honey, dark chocolate, honeycomb, and a whisper of crème brûlée with orange liqueur.
Palate
Silky hazelnut puree mingles with dark chocolate and orange fondant, hints of butterscotch and Nutella on vanilla toast, subtle fig jam, and a warm cinnamon finish.
Finish
Long, dessert-rich finish of sweet sticky toffee pudding, with bright orange, honeycomb and gingercake, crowned by warm aromatic spices.
