Peat-kissed and full-bodied, this unfolds on the palate with creamy malt, toffee and vanilla sweetness, lifted by sherry-soaked dried fruit. Mid-palate reveals cocoa, dark cherry and a whisper of sea salt, guided by spice and oak. The finish is long and warming, with lingering smoke and a gentle leather note.
Finish
Long, smoky finish with peat notes easing into rich Sherry sweetness; vanilla, cocoa and dried fruit emerge as the warmth lingers, carried by oak and a hint of maritime brine for a refined, lingering coating on the palate.
