Colour

Deep amber with copper-gold hues and mahogany edges, a burnished, ruby-tinted glow that catches the light in warm, refined reflections.

Nose

An opulent, sherry-tinged aroma of dark fruit and velvety sweetness. Ripe raisins, fig and cherry compote mingle with orange zest, vanilla pod and toasted oak, while a peppery, spiced backbone and cocoa nib add depth to the glass.

Palate

Opulent and full-bodied, the palate opens with rich sherry sweetness—prune, raisin and fig—woven with dark chocolate. Spices rise in waves: clove, cinnamon and cracked pepper, cushioned by a velvety, warming mouthfeel. Vanilla and toasted oak lend depth, while bittersweet fruit lingers into a long, refined finish.

Finish

A long, warming finish with dried fruit, cinnamon and nutmeg, and charred oak, fading slowly to a lacquered sweetness and a faint peppery grip.
