Tasting Notes
Colour
Bright golden amber with a warm honey glow and subtle coppery highlights.
Nose
Creamy butter toffee, black cherry, orange cheesecake mix, bananas and custard, malty and honey notes, snickers bars and plenty of fresh cereal.
Palate
Black cherry jam on buttered brioche, honeyed toffee and nutty cereal. Vanillin oak envelops the palate, with a cocoa-dusted finish and bright orange fondant sweetness.
Finish
Toffee wafers (Tunnocks bars) dusting of cinnamon on honey baked apples, juicy sultana, touches of clove, black cherry, fig rolls and lasting spice.
