A 26 year old single malt from the Glenrothes distillery, independently bottled as part of the Single Malts of Scotland range. This whisky was distilled in November 1990 and set aside to mature for over quarter of a century in a single bourbon barrel, before being bottled in March 2017. 151 bottles were produced. Expect plenty of smooth and supple vanilla notes, pastry, cream and vanilla pod along with ripe tropical fruits such as melon, banana, all wrapped up in a smooth and full mouth feel.

Ripe tropical fruit—melon and banana—brighten the mid-palate, while a velvety mouthfeel carries a gentle bourbon oak, leaving a long, smooth finish with lingering sweetness and soft spice.
