Palate

A rich, velvety palate of dried fig and raisin, crowned with orange zest and toffee. Velvet vanilla and polished oak layer with almond paste, while clove and cinnamon thread through the fabric. At 53.8% ABV, a warming spine carries a long finish of dark chocolate, subtle spice, and a delicate whisper of sherry influence lingering on the tongue.
