Colour
Luminous copper-gold with rich amber depths and mahogany-tinged edges.
Nose
Sumptuous sherried aroma with a coppery glow, opening on ripe orange zest and polished oak. Then dark fruit emerges—raisins, fig, and date—woven with toffee, vanilla, and a thread of honey. Spices rise with cinnamon and clove, while almonds and cocoa nibs add depth. A refined, warm perfume that hints at Christmas cake and lingering oak.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied palate, nourished by a sherry-cask lineage. Dried fruits—raisin, fig, date—meld with treacle, vanilla and orange zest. Cocoa nibs and polished oak add depth, while cinnamon and nutmeg provide a refined spice. Long, warming finish with a nuanced sweetness and subtle nutty notes.
Finish
Long, luxurious and sherry-forward, the finish lingers with plush sweetness. Dried fig and raisin mingle with cocoa and orange zest, while dusky spice and toasty oak sweep across the palate. Warm, silky and persistent, it fades to a refined echo of leather and caramel.
