Colour
Sun-warmed gold deepening to amber with coppery glints, a rich, honeyed glow.
Nose
Opulent and layered, this nose opens with honeyed orchard fruit, vanilla and toffee, then deepens into sherry-tinged richness of fig and raisin. Orange zest and almonds weave through cocoa and spice, with a refined oak glow underpinning the whole bouquet.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied, the palate reveals a sherried depth of figs and raisins, lifted by orange zest and honeyed vanilla. Cocoa and almonds mingle with nutmeg and cinnamon as toasted oak frames the profile, delivering a warm, long finish of dried fruits and subtle leather.
Finish
Long, opulent and warming, the finish pours out rich dried fruit—fig and raisin—alongside orange zest and dark chocolate. Cinnamon and clove spice weave through toasted oak, fading slowly into a velvety, lingering sweetness and a refined, warm afterglow.
