This 30 year old single cask release from the Glenrothes distillery was matured in a refill American hogshead that yielded just 200 bottles. Vanilla aromas combine with crystallised ginger and hints of lime. Creamy, mouth-warming spice transforms into flavours of sugared red apple and woody spice. Fruity notes linger on the finish. Bottled at cask strength of 58.5% ABV.
