Matured for 10 years in American white Oak and then finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks for 2 years.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep, burnished amber with coppery highlights and a reddish-gold glow.
Nose
Rich sherry wood leads the nose, with treacle tart, blood orange marmalade and ginger cake, wrapped in aromatic spices, honey-roasted nuts and cinder toffee; cigar box oak mingles with deep sultanas, raisins, dried dates and fig jam on buttery granary toast.
Palate
Juicy, buttery delivery with liquid fruitcake, treacle and gingerbread. Rich dark marmalade, bold aromatic oak, and a plush, full-bodied mouthfeel. Notes of sticky toffee pudding, sherry-soaked chocolate raisins, toasted coconut and vanilla gradually emerge, adding warmth and length.
Finish
Luxuriously lingering, chocolate-mocha unfolds into sticky dates and ripe figs, entwined with aromatic oak and warm spice—treacle and ginger tracing a rich, decadent finish.
