Tasting Notes
Colour
A sunlit amber-gold with warm honey tones and a coppery glow, hinting at its sherry-cask maturity.
Nose
Sherry-rich bouquet with dark fruit, fig and raisin, tempered by bright orange zest and vanilla pod. Almond toffee sweetness mingles with spices—cinnamon and clove—wrapping in toasted oak for a warm, luxurious aroma and promising depth.
Palate
Silky, medium-full on the palate with a warming lift. Ripe citrus and peach meet creamy vanilla and almond, lifted by a rich sherry sweetness. Spices such as cinnamon and clove layer over toasted oak, yielding dark fruit, cocoa and a long, refined finish.
Finish
Long and luxurious, the finish releases sherry-dark fruit—raisin, fig and plum—woven with cocoa, orange zest and gentle spice. Velvet oak and a touch of caramel persist, slowly fading to a warm, refined dryness that lingers softly on the palate.
