Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden amber with warm copper highlights.

Nose

Opulent sherry-kissed aromas unfold with ripe orchard fruits - apple and pear - balanced by honeyed vanilla. Currants and raisins mingle with toffee, orange zest and spice, while toasted oak lends a malted, refined finish.

Palate

Silky, sherry-kissed palate with dark raisin and fig sweetness, folded with baked apple and orange zest. Notes of toffee, cocoa and toasted oak emerge, balanced by vanilla spice. A warm, lingering finish of fruit and oak.

Finish

Long, warming finish with sherry-influenced fruit, honeyed sweetness and toasted oak. A graceful fade of spice—cinnamon and clove—lingers, leaving a softly drying, nutty echo.
