Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery sheen and mahogany depth; a burnished gold core that glints ruby at the rim.
Nose
Opulent sherry perfume, with dried orange and plum, figs and raisins. Aged leather and polished oak mingle with dark chocolate, toffee and a ribbon of spice—nutmeg and cinnamon—finishing with a refined tobacco echo.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied, with a rich sherried backbone. Dried figs, raisins and orange zest unfold beside dark chocolate and toffee, while cinnamon and clove spice thread through nutty oak. The mouthfeel is velvety and generous, expanding into a long, warming finish with a refined sweetness and a touch of oak spice.
Finish
Long, gracious finish with rich sherry sweetness lingering over dark plum and raisin, lifted by orange zest and cocoa. Warm oak and subtle spice unfold slowly, leaving a refined, nutty echo that fades to a lasting, resinous glow.
